Tri-White Corporation announces executive appointments

Tri-White Corporation ("Tri-White") today announced the appointment of Robert Visentin as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Visentin is currently Chief Financial Officer of ClubLink Corporation and brings many years of public company financial management experience to the position.
He replaces Robert Wright who moves into the new position of Vice President.
Rai Sahi, Chief Executive Officer stated, "With these appointments we add to the management strength and expertise at Tri-White. We are pleased with Robert's addition to our team as we look forward to growth in our business units and continued success."
Tri-White Corporation holds a diverse merchant banking portfolio.
Tri-White is the largest shareholder, with approximately a 72% interest, in
ClubLink Corporation, Canada's leading owner, operator and developer of high
quality member golf clubs, daily fee golf clubs and golf resorts in Canada. As
well, it owns a 100% interest in the historic White Pass & Yukon Route
Railway, including strategic holdings in the port operations and supporting
excursions, based in Skagway, Alaska.
