ClubLink Enterprises Limited Announces Second Quarter 2010 Results and Eligible Quarterly Dividend.

KING CITY, ON, Aug 04, 2010 - Consolidated operating revenue decreased 2.9% to $57,321,000 for the three month period ending June 30, 2010 from $59,041,000 in 2009 due to the decline in rail, tourism and port operations revenue and exchange. The revenue for this segment has declined due to an 11% decline in cruise ships in Skagway in 2010 and a lower rate of exchange per US dollar (1.0276 compared to 1.1672 in 2009). The decline in cruise ships is in reaction to the Alaskan head tax imposed by the state of Alaska. Read more… | PDF

Clublink Enterprises Limited Announces First Quarter 2010 Results and Eligible Quarterly Dividend.

KING CITY, ON, May 5, 2010 - Consolidated operating revenue decreased slightly to $16,168,000 for the three month period ending March 31, 2010 from $16,184,000 in 2009.

Consolidated cost of sales and operating expenses decreased 7.5% to $15,107,000 for the three month period ending March 31, 2010 from $16,326,000 in 2009 primarily due to cost control measures undertaken by the entire organization and a lower rate of exchange per US dollar (1.0409 compared to 1.2451 in 2009) for the rail, tourism and port operations.  Cost savings from the business combination and privatization of ClubLink Corporation on July 28, 2009 have also contributed to this reduction. ClubLink Enterprises Limited announces second quarter 2009 results and 25% increase in its quarterly eligible dividend.

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 7, 2009 - EBITDA from the rail, tourism and port segment increased to US $7,389,000 in 2009 compared to US $7,062,000 for the second quarter of 2008 due to additional port revenue from increased cruise ship
passengers, a 5.8% increase in the average ticket price and aggressive containment of costs. Also impacting the quarter were two separate rail service interruptions – a rock slide which halted the entire rail operation for 2 days in May and a washout which halted rail operations between Bennett, British Columbia and Carcross, Yukon for 6 weeks. It is estimated that these interruptions resulted in a loss of US $780,000 in revenue and contributed to the decline in rail passengers. Read more… | PDF

TORONTO, ONTARIO, July 23, 2009 – Tri-White Corporation (the “Company”) (TSX: TWH) announced that the Company has filed articles of amendment under the Canada Business Corporations Act to change its name to “ClubLink Enterprises Limited”.
